Pool Filter Cleaning Schedule for Miami

Cartridge filters: deep clean every 6–8 weeks in Miami during heavy use — more often during spring pollen and Saharan-dust events — and replace when the cartridge fails to hold pressure.
DE filters: backwash regularly, tear down and clean grids periodically, replace grids as needed.
Sand filters: backwash regularly during peak Miami season, change sand when performance declines.
